This Morning in Chattanooga

The first full day of our Conference was packed with engaging discussions about leadership and membership. After a welcome to Chattanooga, the program kicked off with Director Elizabeth Usovicz, joined by R.I. President-Elect Gordon McInally and Rotary Foundation Trustee and Past R.I. President Holger Knaack, for thoughts on leadership and what it means to be a leader. Then, we all got to meet the District Governor Nominees who will serve in 2024-25.

Some took a break in The Hub while others joined in the “Conversations that Matter” lounge to exchange ideas about The Rotary Foundation. Mid-morning sessions followed with separate conversations about Membership, focusing on meeting the expectations of newer members and clubs, the comfort and care of our members, and how to increase the rate at which we attract new members.
