ARRIVAL SUGGESTIONS BASED ON ROLE

The program is still being finalized; however, we can offer the following information:

DGEs/DGNs: Tuesday, September 19 – arrival of DGEs/DGNs (and partners), Off-site Leadership Event at 12:30pm, followed by a evening welcome reception with bonding dinner.

DGs: Wednesday, September 20 – arrival of DGs (and partners) in time for Wednesday lunch at 12n. Training starts at 1:15p followed by 6:00pm joint (DG/DGE/DGN) offsite Leadership Event and dinner.

District Committee Chairs: Thursday, September 21 – DMC, DRFC and DPIC training will start with a joint lunch session with their DG-DGE-DGN at 11:30am. Training will run from 12:30 to 4:30pm. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.

District/Club Trainers and Admins: Thursday, September 21 – Training will start with a joint lunch session with their DG-DGE-DGN at 11:30am. Training will run from 12:30 to 4:30pm. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.

Emerging Rotary Leaders (ERL): Friday, September 22 – Emerging Rotary Leaders training will run from 8:30am cand conclude at 4:30pm.  ERL participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.

PDGs: Thursday, September 21 – Opening session will start at 5:30pm and be followed by the Rotary Reunion Tailgate Party.

Other Guests: Thursday, September 21 – Institute formal opening ceremony at 5:30 pm followed by the Rotary Reunion Tailgate Party.

Summit Conclusion: Sunday, September 24 – The Institute will conclude by 10:30 am.

Facilitator training is Tuesday starting at 8:00 am.

WHAT TO WEAR

Thursday/Friday/Saturday: Smart Business Casual and/or Rotary apparel. No shorts or jeans. Consider a jacket or sweater in the event rooms that tend to be chilly.  Comfortable walking shoes are also encouraged as the Convention Center has a lot of space to cover.

Thursday Night: Your Favorite Sports Jersey. This is a sports-theme casual event.
