Get Your Committees Ready

It isn’t too soon to prepare your clubs’ committees for their roles coming up in July. Rotary’s Learning Center has great role-based modules to help them. You can encourage incoming committee chairs to enroll. There are complete learning plans for the chairpersons and members of these committees:

  • club administration;
  • membership;
  • The Rotary Foundation;
  • public image; and
  • service projects.

Find them all in the Learning Center under Club Leadership Courses. Have members who still haven’t used the Learning Center? Here are a few tips to make it easy for them:

  • Members will need a My Rotary account to use the Learning Center;
  • Once they have an account, they can start by going to org/learn, signing in to My Rotary when prompted, and accepting the privacy policy;
  • If a link to the Learning Center doesn’t work, try signing in to My Rotary first, navigating to the Learning Center, copying the link, and pasting it in the browser.

If members in your club or district want to learn more about the Learning Center, they can write to learn@rotary.org to schedule a virtual presentation. It might even make a good presentation for a club or district meeting.
