Incorporate the Action Plan

As all Presidents-elect learn at their training seminar, clubs that develop and follow a strategic plan are stronger than clubs that don’t. Their members are more engaged and satisfied. They have a more positive view of their clubs and Rotary. These are the clubs which expand their reach, have greater impact and more easily adapt to change.

These practices are easily transferrable to each of our districts. A key component of a club or district strategic plan is incorporating Rotary’s Action Plan. Learn more about it in the Rotary’s Action Plan and You course in Rotary’s Learning Center. Email learn@rotary.org with your questions.
