RI’s General Secretary, John Hewko, will be raising funds for polio eradication by participating with 9,000 other riders in the Ride to End Polio on November 23rd. Since 2009, the group of cyclists, working with the Gates Foundation, has raised over $67 million. Their goal is to raise another $1 million this year with our help by making a special Miles to End Polio allocation of our District Designated Funds.
