There is an updated version of our Rollover Limit on District Designated Funds FAQ document as a resource to use throughout your districts. It can be found on MyRotary, on the Annual Fund page as well as the Apply for Grants page.

Your updated Available DDF by District report can be found on My Rotary. Note that a new section shows the rollover amount by year as of July 1st. The oldest District Designated Funds are from 2020-21. This is the first year of funds that are subject to the five-year limit on holding unused DDF. These funds will reach that limit on June 30th, 2026. If they haven’t been spent by then, they’ll be directed to the Rotary Foundation program of your choice, if no choice is made the funds will default to World Fund.
